This is a compliance management system that allows us to help you consolidate and track compliance responsibilities all in one place. 

  • This system is customizable. With as little client information as the size of your population, nature of plan funding type, and location, we will create a detailed compliance checklist designed to serve as a framework for our monitoring;

  • Once implemented, the portal included access to extensive information concerning each compliance requirement, links to relevant government websites, model notices, employer action required, FAQ's and applicable penalties for non-compliance;

  • The portal will create an action plan for items that need additional attention or follow up;

  • The portal will assign a due date for compliance requirements;

  • Your company will be able sync your action plan to your desktop calendar.Emails reminders can be set up to reminder you of compliance requirement deadlines;
