  • Investment Policy Statement (IPS) Review
  • Comprehensive Market Review (frequency as dictated by Trustees, utilizing proprietary Chapman & Chapman templates)
  • In-depth Plan Cost Analysis, including complete disclosure of all fees and compensation
  • Investment Review (performed throughout the year, as dictated by IPS and Trustee needs)
  • Comprehensive management of all participant communication and education (includes custom development and on site implementation of all participant education initiatives on an as needed basis (through group, individual and webinar meetings for new and re-enrollments)
  • Comprehensive administrative support provided to the Plan Administrator and participants through a dedicated Account Management Team. Support includes oversight of distributions (QDROs, hardship and loan support, terminations, retirement), testing, eligibility maintenance, filing responsibilities, statement accuracies, etc.
